Cookie Policy — Traxware Print

Effective date: 3 September 2026

This Policy explains the use of cookies and similar browser-storage technologies on traxware-print.com.

1. Phase-one privacy approach

Traxware Print should launch with a privacy-minimal setup:

Where only strictly necessary or user-requested functional storage is used, such storage is used to provide or secure the service rather than to track users for marketing.

2. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small item of data stored by a website in the browser. Similar technologies can include local storage or other mechanisms that store or access information on a device.

3. Expected first-party storage

The final production implementation should document the actual names used. A recommended implementation is:

Name Purpose Type Suggested duration
trax_langRemembers the language explicitly selected by the userFunctional / user-requested12 months
trax_csrf or equivalentProtects the inquiry form against cross-site request forgeryStrictly necessary securitySession
trax_cookie_prefsStores the user's cookie choice only if optional cookies are introducedStrictly necessary to remember consent choice6–12 months

Names may differ in the final application. This Policy must be updated to match production.

4. Analytics

The recommended phase-one site does not use non-essential analytics cookies.

If analytics are later introduced and require consent, they must not load before valid consent is given. Users must be able to refuse and later withdraw consent as easily as they can accept it.

The Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy must then be updated with the provider, cookie names, purposes and retention periods.

5. Third-party content

Avoid third-party embeds that set cookies automatically. If maps, video players, chat tools or social widgets are later embedded, they must be reviewed before deployment and, where required, blocked until the user consents.

6. Managing cookies

Users can remove or block cookies using browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary security storage may prevent the inquiry form or other requested features from working correctly.

If optional cookies are introduced, the website will provide a cookie-settings control for changing consent.
